The desalination tanks SB have a suitable sieve bottom LB, a stable snap-on lid, a sintered liter scale, as well as flat spots for mounting fittings. The popular round container series SB / LB are available from 15 to 1,000 liters in 25 sizes. The container and the sieve bottom are seamlessly made of chemical resistant, UV stabilized and food-safe LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene). The sieve bottom is positioned exactly on the inner wall of the container. It has a standard 3 mm perforation, optional 5 mm or is unperforated. The height of the sieve bottom in the container is freely selectable. The secure stabilization of the sieve bottom is achieved by support tubes (PE). Support tubes, sol tubes including cover and spillover are available as accessories for the SB.
The filling level is visible from the outside in the natural-transparent desalination container (white) and can be read through the sintered liter scale. In the black desalination container SB, light-sensitive mediums are protected. The containers are temperature-resistant from -20 ° C to + 60 ° C, depending on the medium. The containers with chemicals are properly set up on a chemical safe collection tub: the collecting tubs WR, the safety tubs WRL or the safety pallets WRP have custom-made pallet dimensions of up to 2000 x 1200 mm, are highly viable, sustainable, robust and are approved by the DIBt (German Institute for structural engineering, Berlin).
The high versions of the collection pallets offer ergonomic accessibility for the handling on the container at a height of 860 mm.
