Container for bulk materials
The ARICON bulk material containers are made out of high-quality polyethylene of the quality LLD-PE and are produced in the rotary melting process without any pressure. All bulk material containers are seamless, chemical resistant, food safe and contain a molded in litre scale. The wall thicknesses of the containers are high and therefore designed for common applications. If the container requires a higher wall thickness due to a chemical property or temperature, the wall thickness can be easily increased.
Furthermore, there are resistance lists of common mediums with different data. All bulk material containers are available in natural-transparent or black (color black plus surcharge). Other colors are also available on request.
The frames are used in many different variations, e.g. with forklift shoes, forklift tunnel, crane loops or pedestals. ARICON will equip the bulk material containers with tank fittings, pipes, baffles and level indicators on request.
- Cylindrical Containers in the steel frame are conical shaped to support the emptying.
- Rectangular Containers in the steel frame are conical shaped to support the emptying.
- Rectangular Containers in the sliding rack are rectangular containers for the storage of solids and bulk materials.
