     Next to the technical function and the demanded usage characteristics the design, surface, optic and haptic have an important role. Our surface technic provides process technics to change plastic construction parts defined by its surface characteristics.

In the area of surface technic our experienced personnel supports you with fundamental know-how concerning surface technic. For every application we find the right surface!
In a first meeting all technical and formal details are discussed and marked on unstructured plastic construction parts. Gravure flat areas and transitions are determined. In advance we can evaluate CAD dates and make producibility analyses. Our highest goal is to fulfill your requirements concerning haptic, optic and acoustic as well as your requirements concerning functional specifications.
We offer our customers therefore the possibility to refine the forms with the newest §D laser gravures, laser-corrode gravures or classical corrode gravure. In order to realise high quality and cost optimised surfaces, we can also polish, sandblast or coat your material form with chrome. Through our manifold possibilities of surface processing we can make the surface flat, rough, dull, immune to scratches, shining or structured or show a wood, stone or leather optic.

The 3D laser gravure is realised by modern and performance strong technologies. Thus we have almost unlimited design possibilities for innovative and individual surfaces.  Through a 5 axis fibre laser the gravure can be put in all dimensions directly into the surface of the material form. The gradual build of the gravure topography happens in single leveling steps with different level strengths. The amount of levels and steps decides the depths and three dimensionality of the gravure.

With the laser corrode gravure the most classical technology is combined with the most modern one. The design is put on the with protection lack coated form by means of laser. In the coating the gravure picture is laid bare through laser for the further corrode process. In an acid bath the final gravure develops, because at the areas that are free through the laser the material surface vanishes. After a clear flushing of the surface is process is finished. Depending on the wished gravure picture the process steps can be repeated a few times. Next to single-layer we can also offer multi-layer gravures.
For the corrode gravure depending on the technical demand profile and artistic planning different transfer mediums and acids are applied. The transformation of the design happens through the mustering of classical wax prints or modern multi-layer films. The last ones are transparent and to some degree stretchable and allow a practised engraver a best possible adaption to the contours of the tool.

We possess an extensive assortment of surfaces with which we can cover a variety of applications. Samplings with different structured sample plates can be produced from our company on customer wish.
We develop as well with you the special adapted surface in case your wish surface is not produced. For every individual usage we find the optimal solution for you.
