The ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH was founded in 1993 and is located in two sites in Solingen. The development and enlargement of the ARICON GmbH happens constantly.
The location in Solingen are near at the A3 offer excellent logistical preconditions and because of that the warehouse has already been enlarged for two times. Today we have a modern equipped warehouse with great space, which can be additionally enlarged with resources.
The city Solingen is the center of the German cutlery industry, especially the production of blades in Solingen is the worldwide leading production. Thus since 2012 Solingen has the official additional name Klingenstadt.

1993 Founding of the company
The ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH was founded in Solingen 1993. The first own products were high quality dosing and salt solution tanks, which are mainly used in the chemical and water treatment are. Until that time point those were not represented in high quality on the market. In 1995 the ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH moved in Solingen to the industrial area Neptunstraße , because further storage and production spaces werde needed. At the same time the product range was expanded by the dosingtank series FD.
1998 Acquisition of the industrial area at the Neptunstraße
The ARICON is further growing and acquires three production and storage halls as well as one office building in Solingen. The machinery is expanded as well as the product range with tanks for bulk goods and steel frames. In 2001 the production and storage halls are rebuilded to develop new structures for the production lines. In 2005 the office are has to be further expanded. Therefore the office building s expanded by an additional story with futuristic design. In the following year the ARICON develops the first approved collecting trays WR, WRL and WRP on the German market.
2008 Founding of a further location
The ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH buys a further location in Solingen as the capacity border is reached at the first location and further growth is not possible due to the location conditions. At the new location a modern production hall with office space and an additional machine are build. In order to implement the extensive customer modifications of standard and customer owned rotational formed parts on time, the workshop was expanded not only by space but also by personnel.
2010 Expanding of the product range
The ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH is further growing and at the location site ate the Monhofer Feld a further warehouse is built. At the same time the hall roofs are equipped with a photovoltaic plant for the use of solar energy, which is used by ARICON for its energy supply. Furthermore the successful dosing tank series FD is expanded with the series FD-L, which is charcterized by its modular building which is available in many different types.
2014 Expansion of the main location
A seperate office complex is built at the location Monhofer Feld and the majority of the office personnel moves into the new building. The location Monhofer Feld is now the new main location. The success of the ARICON dosingtank series brings the addition of new types. A good customer relationship leads to apllicable new developments which are accepted successfully at the market. The area of customer specific formed parts is growing thanks to engineering and service performances at a teary pace.
2016 Parts according to customer requests
To secure short delivery times of standard products and customer formed parts at a rising number of orders, the ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH builds a further warehouse at the location Monhofer Feld. For the year 2017 a further modern manufacturing plant is installed. The area of customer formed parts is further expanded due to an increased response.
