     Besides the technical function and the required performance characteristics, design, optics and haptics play an important role in our plastic products. Our surface technology provides procedure and process techniques to change plastic components in their surface features.

In a first meeting, all technical and formal details on unstructured plastic components are discussed and marked. The flattening of the engravings and transitions are defined. CAD data can be assessed in advance and feasibility analyzes can be made. Our main goal is to meet your requirements for optics, haptics and acoustics as well as to functional specifications.

To this end, we offer our customers the possibility to enhance the tool shapes with the latest 3D laser engraving, the laser etching engraving and the traditional etching engraving. In addition, we can also polish the shapes, do sandblasting or coat them with chrome to achieve high-quality, low-cost surfaces. Through our versatile possibilities of surface treatment, we can present these surfaces in smooth, rough, matt, scratch-resistant, shiny or structured and for example  the plastic can be provided with a wood, stone or leather look.

In general, we have a comprehensive range of finishes to cover the most diverse usages. On request, we can also carry out samples in our house with different patterns of pattern plates.

If your desired surface is not available, we can also develop specially designed surfaces on request and find the optimal solution for every individual purpose.
