The dosing container FD-A is distinguished by the large semi-circular montage surface. Made of LLD-PE (Low-Linear Density Polyethylene), the chemical-resistant, food-safe and UV-stabilized container has low strain and is seamless with a high wall thickness and a very smooth inner surface.
Additionally, it has a lockable screw cap and the molded-in ¾ "threaded socket in the lower part is used drilled out for emptying.
At the side bottom area, 4 shaped in slot nuts are provided for connecting the container to the substrate. (Please order mounting bracket separately).).
As accessories, there are cylindrical and rectangular collecting containers, hand-stomp mixers, hand mixers, pumps and the equipment with welding fittings, PE montage plates and pipes.
ARICON dosing containers are available from the stock in natural-transparent (white) and black. Other container colors are available on request.
The dosing containers are seamlessly produced through the low- strained rotary melt process. Polyethylene is resistant to most of the chemicals. For the clarification of the resistance of the container against the used medium, we have a resistance list in the download area. Temperature resistance is in the range from -20 ° C to + 60 ° C.
As an over-tank for the dosing container FD-A, we recommend cylindrical containers of the series SBO. The double-walled version of the container-in-container offers leakage-security during lots of dripping and spills. This corresponds to the statutory requirements of the WHG (Water House Act) for the storage of water-hazardous liquids.
