Typical for the container TCS / L is the extremely distinct cone. The inner wall is very smooth, with a high wall thickness. It is seamlessly manufactured in the rotary melting process and is chemical resistant, UV stabilized and food-safe. The inner container in the steel frame is made out of LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene) and is available in natural-transparent (white) and black.
The natural -transparent (white) container is ideally suited for reading the filling level from the outside by using the sintered litre scale. Black containers are for the protection light sensitive liquids so that an outdoor installation is basically possible. The temperature resistance of PE containers is in between -20 ° C and + 60 ° C. The emptying port is optionally set from R1 "to R4" for emptying fittings. The steel frame has forklift shoes and is available in powder coated colors, in galvanized or in stainless steel.
The TCS / L cone container is pre-equipped with different frame options, connections and fittings for your process in our workshop.
As a chemical container with up to 1,000 liters, we recommend for the TCS / L the use of highly sustainable collecting units with DIBt approval: the WRL safety tub with a flat bottom or the safety pallet WRP with molded-in stacking tunnel. Together with these collecting units, the storage of water-hazardous liquids complies with the provisions of the WHG (Water House Act).
