Container for liquids
All containers for liquids are made out of high-quality polyethylene and are produced seamlessly in the rotational molding process. Consequently, they are nearly tension-free, have high wall thicknesses and smooth inner walls. The containers are resistant to chemicals, food-safe and UV-stabilized. The UV-stabilized polyethylene enables an outdoor installation for the containers. They have a litre scale which is molded in and flat spots for the montage of fittings. If desired, containers with a higher wall thickness can be made in MA1 or MA2. The containers are temperature-resistant from -20 ° C to + 60 ° C, depending on the medium. Please check the stability of the container to your medium using the resistance list in the ARICON download section. All containers are available in natural-transparent (optical white) by default. Black containers are recommended for light-sensitive mediums. Other colors are available upon request.
Containers for liquids can be combined with the DIBt approved collection tubs WR, safety tubs WRL or safety palettes WRP. Through this, the DIBt approval is valid for the entire combination.
Dosing container
The 6 dosing container series, FD-E, FD-A, FD-C, FD-G, FD-I and FD-L have different mounting surfaces for the intake of pumps, mixers, suction lances and more. The series FD-G and FD-I have mounting surfaces with brass slot nuts which are molded-in for the quick assembly of pumps and agitators. The FD-A and FD-E series have molded-in thread nuts for a secure connection to the surface. ARICON dosing containers have different diameters, heights and volumes from 35 to 3,000 liters.
For the usage in water treatment, ARICON dosing containers are the first choice.
Storage tank
The storage tanks LTV offer a large selection of types from 35 to 30,500 liters volume. In contrast to their size, polyethylene containers are "lightweights" and can be moved easily. At a maximum diameter of 2.48 meters, the largest storage tanks are transported (lying) by truck. If necessary, the storage tanks are equipped with steel frames and agitator traverse suitable for the process. The steel frames are available in powder coated colour, galvanized or stainless steel.
Container with snap-on lid
The containers are round containers with a stable snap-on lid and distinct flat spots for the montage of fittings. The series SB, SBC and SBV are also named the "salt dissolution containers", since there is a sieve botto that fits exactly to each container. For the series SBC, suitable steel frames are available as accessories in a large selection and suitable for the process. The SBV and SB series can be reduced in height to any desired size. This service is free of charge.
Salt dissolution container
The salt dissolution containers have a custom fit sieve bottom LB, a stable snap-on lid, a sintered litre scale, as well as flat spots for the montage of fittings. The series offer a great selection of types from 15-26,700 liters of volume. The filling level in the salt-dissolving container is visible from the outside through the natural-transparent (white) color and can be read off via the sintered litre scale. In the black salt dissolution container SB, light-sensitive mediums are protected.
Horizontal tank
In the TKO series, cylindrical horizontal tanks are only suitable for water. The TKO has a spacious screw cap for the filling, seamlessly shaped pedestals, a sintered litre scale and flat spot for the montage of fittings.
Space saving tank
The TK tank has a rectangular shape and saves space. It is only suitable for water-like mediums. The screw cap is made out of polypropylene and has ventilation. Distinct flat spots can be used for the montage of fittings.
Square container
The container M is a square container with a screw cap from 18 to 27 liters volume. It is only suitable for water-like mediums. The screw cap is made out of polypropylene and has an emptying of Ø 32 mm.
Hexagonal container
The hexagonal containers ES are small containers with screw caps, which are suitable for the safe storage of corrosive liquids. The container is available from 25 to 91 liters. It has shaped in recessed grips.
Rectangular container
The rectangular containers PRL are small containers with screw caps and available from 14 to 30 liters. It has shaped in recessed grips.
IBC (with and without authorization)
The IBC types are approved for filling products up to a specific weight of 1.8 kg / dm³. The IBC is a rectangular container with screw cap and steel frame. The screw cap is made out of polypropylene and has an EPDM seal. The steel frames are easy to stack and equipped with forklift trucks and crane eyes. All steel frames are powdercoated and available in green or galvanized. The IBC-ONUs with hazardous goods approval are robust combination containers for special requirements and not comparable to light pallet cage IBCs of other manufacturers. The appropriate draining fittings for containers with hazardous goods approval can be selected from the ARICON accessories.
Rectangular container in steel frame
Rectangular combination containers are seamless manufactured plastic containers in a steel frame. The wall thicknesses of the containers are designed for normal usage. The discharge area is shaped conically, to support the emptying. On request the tanks can be equipped with tank fittings, pipes, flow breakers and level indicators.
The steel frame is powder coated in standard colors, optionally galvanized or available in stainless steel. The various frame variations have fork pockets, crane eyes, chassis, traverse agitators, high frames and more.
Cylindrical container in steel frame
Our liquid containers are characterized by a wide range of rack variations. They have a screw cap made out of polypropylene including venting, a snap-on lid or, are open at the top. The tank cone leads to the emptying port R2 ", optionally R1" to R4 ". The steel frames of the liquid containers are optionally powder-coated, galvanized or available in stainless steel.
