Typical for the TCC / L is the extremely distinct cone. The inner wall is very smooth, with high wall thickness, seamlessly produced through the rotary melting process, resistant to chemicals, UV stabilized and food-safe. The inner container in the steel frame is made of LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene) and available in natural transparent (white) and black. The nature-transparent (white) container is ideally suited to reading the filling level from the outside, using the sintered liter scale. Black containers provide a protection for light sensitive liquids. the emptying port is optionally set from R1 "to R4" for emptying fittings. The steel frame has stacking shoes and is available in powder coated colors, in galvanized or in stainless steel.

The special manufacturing process improves the good features of the raw material because the industrial containers are seamless, almost tension-free, have a thick wall and are very smooth on the inside. The temperature resistance of PE containers is in between -20 ° C to + 60 ° C and so that outdoor setting is possible. The TCS / L conus container is pre-equipped in our workshop with frame options, connections and fittings for your process.

We recommend the use of viable collecting units with DIBt approval, for the TCC / L as a chemical container: the WRL safety tubs with a flat bottom and the safety pallet WRP with a molded-in stacking tunnel. Together with these collecting units, the provision of water-polluting liquids complies with the provisions of the WHG (Water House Act).
