As a component supplier with our own workshop, we can supply many, ready for connection system components and integrate our experience into plant planning. We support plant builders with our know-how, create production drawings and offer a wide range of components.

     System builders from the fields of heating and refrigeration / recovery systems receive modified dosing containers for the storage, mixing and refill of water-glycol mixture (glycol collecting vessel, glycol retention). The selection of the appropriate container size, the implementation of the nozzle positioning and the use of overfill protection of the buffer containers are developed in advance with the ARICON employees and the system builders.

Due to the high resistance to chemicals, the ARICON plastic tanks are particularly good, e.g. to stock cooling agent with antifreeze content made out of ethylene, glycol or propylene glycol.

Another field are neutralization plants for the neutralization of harmful intermediates in which the pH level of liquids in our containers is adjusted. Here, many industrial plant builders mainly use the FD-L or LTV series e.g. as processed water tanks. Depending on the field of application, the wall thickness, the container material as well as the accessories can be exactly adjusted to your medium, thus we can find the optimum solution for you.

Furthermore, ARICON tanks are included for the plant planning of dosing stations in laying-hen-establishments or pig / cattle fattening. Example: Including additives to the drinking water to disinfect the plant or for the disinfection and cleaning of the animals.

Also planners and producers of biogas plants can find what they need at ARICON. The series TCC is used as a preliminary container for fermentation residues. The conical tank in the steel rack is modified according to the customer needs, so that the plant engineer is only responsible for the pipework. Inflows and outlets are installed in advanced by ARICON according the specifications of the plant builders.

In the food industry, many engineers rely on ARICON containers for the hygienic and food-safe storage of liquids (eg: beverages, sauces, etc.) and solids (eg: almonds, nuts, lenses, etc.). These are equipped as mixing containers with a stirrer specially designed by ARICON and used for bottling and dosing in various processes. ARICON containers are suitable for foodstuffs (FDA) and for the storage of drinking water (KTW approval).

In the pharmaceutical industry, plant builders use ARICON containers, for example, to store and fill tablets or as storage tanks for drinking water or demineralized water.
