     We have specialised ourselves on innovative combination products made of the materials metal and plastic which means the combination of the strength of both materials. Those combination systems can be also called hybrid. We combine those two technologies with the goal to realise new characteristics, improvements and new flexibilities through the development of your construction part.

Due to the trends of miniaturization in order to reduce the weight, new intensified plastics were developed and combined with metal inserts. Thus you are able to optimise your material input and your products weight and combine the advantage of a high stability and electric conductibility of metals with the electric isolation ability of plastics.

Due to the flexibility of our production chains we are able to realise very complex and individual metal-plastic concepts, which are used for customer specific parts and our own products. Thus for example our dosing tank series FD-A, FD-C and BD-A have molded-in threads in the bottom area for the mounting of fixing brackets integrated. The dosing tank series FD-G and FD-I have moulded-in threads on top of the mounting area for the direct mounting of dosing pumps and stirrers.

We are able to realise the connection of plastic parts with metal inserts directly in our production process. Through an irreversible integration of those metal inserts we can eliminate constructive weaknesses which can for example lead to leakages after a time span. Because there is no need for later production steps, valuable time and costs can be saved. If desired we can integrate punch-bend parts, turned parts or also wire-bend parts directly into your plastic construction part.

Today the majority of turned and metal bend parts, as well as screwed portions, connectors, implementations and connection parts can be directly connected to plastic parts. A focus point of the process integration of plastic metal connections is the automotive branch, the electric industry and many more branches.
