The bulk material silos of the series TSA/P are cylindrical and have an extremely pronounced cone which supports a fast emptying. The inner container has a very smooth inner surface, with a high wall thickness. It is seamlessly produced in the rotary melting process, resistant to chemicals, UV-stabilized and food-safe. It is made out of LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene) and available in natural transparent (white) and black. The sintered liter scale in the natural-transparent (white) TSA/P, is used to visually check the filling level. Black containers protect light- sensitive materials.
The temperature resistance of the containers, collecting containers, tanks, silos is -20 ° C to + 60 ° C. An outdoors placement is basically possible. The cone opens into the emptying port of 200 mm, 300 mm or 450 mm diameter, prepared for emptying fittings (see accessories, bulk material container). The steel frame with forklift shoes is available in powder coated colors, in galvanized or in stainless steel.
The TSA/P containers have forklift shoes as standard, but they also offer additional rack versions. The chassis RO is often chosen, to locate Silo TSA/P easily.
With the agitator traverse AG, emptying fitting, slider, cuff, funnel, throttle or lens valve, you can adapt the container to your individual process. An additional integrated screw cap can be inserted into the existing snap-on lid.
