Diversity at ARICON
Together with nine other companies, ARICON took part in a press conference last May with the Lord Mayor of Solingen, Tim Kurzbach, which focused on the fourth strategic goal of Solingen's sustainability strategy: "Developing an urban society characterised by tolerance and acceptance". This sets an important signal against xenophobia and for tolerance and acceptance of different ways of life and forms of living.
The Charter of diversity is an initiative of now more than 3,400 employers, who have joined forces to promote diversity in companies and institutions and who are committed to more cosmopolitan corporate cultures.
ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH has firmly anchored these principles in its corporate culture for many years. Recognition, appreciation and the inclusion of diversity play a major role every day and enrich the company. Only respectful cooperation and fair, open dealings ensure a good working atmosphere.
One of the common values is that we promote the strengths of each individual and react flexibly and professionally to social requirements within and outside the company. ARICON is concerned about the well-being of its employees, which is why individual development is made possible and training and further education is supported.
