The TB / L storage and process container has a square layout and a snap-on lid. The inner container is manufactured out of chemical-resistant, food-safe and UV-stabilized LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene) in the rotary melting process. It is available in the colors natural-transparent (white) and black. A sintered litre scale for reading the filling level. The molded cone supports the emptying. The emptying port is standard R2 ", optional R1" to R4 ". On request, we can deliver the Silocontainer TB / L with an additional filling opening on the side, or with a screw cap placed in the snap-on lid. The steel frame can be chosen in powder-coated , galvanized or stainless steel.
The container TB / L can be combined with the frame version platform PRC or platform PRA. This rack provides an additional 1000 mm height below the stacking shoes, allowing e.g. The implication of a movable container for unloading and transfer purposes. For the mixing and stirring processes with the TB / L, agitator traverses are available as accessories.
Remember that collection devices for containers with water-hazardous liquids are required (regulated in the WHG, water resources act). Collection tubs serve as defined set up locations for all chemicals in everyday operations. ARICON offers more than 40 types of collecting tubs with the set up level up to 2000 x 1000 mm. All ARICON collection units types WRP, WRL and WR have the approval according to DIBt and are manufactured in Germany.
