     The goal of our designers is to ensure an optimum shape and functionality of your plastic-technical product within a defined time and financial framework. This allows us to implement your product development directly as a serial tool.

The process extends from the first sketch to the CAD model, the detailing and the documentation up to the series production. Our experienced engineer team will work with you to meet your individual requirements and will help you with the modern 3D CAD software. Each plastic part is optimized according to its requirements and production conditions, taking into account your design concept.

In addition to that, we offer the possibility to our customers to create prototypes and design models so that they can also test the design in the mounting condition.

Also instruments, such as feasibility analyzes, FMEA and FEM simulations are used to identify and correct design errors at an early stage. Our tool designs are created three-dimensionally in all parts and discussed in detail with you.
