Production using the rotation molding method

• Rotation sintered containers are seamless
• Such containers have very smooth and abrasion-resistant internal surfaces.
• Wall thickness is uniform and high.
• Inserts can be integrated in the molding during the production.
• Smaller or higher wall thickness available on request.

Polyethylene

Only new and high quality polyethylene from certified suppliers is used for our products. This raw material is the best material for containers in industrial use.

• Polyethylene containers are chemically resistant. (Ask for our Chemical Resistance table).
• They are food safe..
• They can be used indoor or outdoor.
• Forms are stable from -40°C to +60°C.
• Production and recycling are environmentally friendly.

Neutral-transparent and black color.

As a standard, all ARICON polyethylene containers are available in the colors neutral/transparent and black. Visually, the neutral color appears to be white but it is slightly translucent. The filling level can be viewed from outside. Filling level check is facilitated by sintered liter scales. .

Black containers are foreseen for light sensitive products. For these containers, the filling level is shown by level indicators. These containers are food safe as well. Containers in other colors are available on request.
