Parts produced in rotation moulding
The costs for the formboards are low, so also series with little or medium quantities can be efficient profitably realized.
Parts sintered by rotation are seamless. The production process is tension-free. Therefore these parts are extremely robust. Products made with polyethylene are resistant against all weathers and the most chemicals.
The products can be manufactured in all colours non-fade and food-safe. For special requests there do exist appropriate raw materials.
Inlaying metallic parts, as threaded sleeves, are directly moulded during production.
