The Production Method
All ARICON containers are produced by the rotation moulding procedure. Polyethylene powder is heated in a metal mould under bi-axial rotation until it is completely attached to the interior wall. After a defined cool-off stage, the finished part is removed from the mould..

• The inner walls of the container are very smooth and friction-resistant.
• Wall thickness is even and high..
• Inserted parts are moulded in during production.
• Higher and lower wall thicknesses can be achieved on request.

The raw material
For our products, we are using highest-quality polyethylene made by certified manufacturers. The material is best suited for industrially used containers.

• Polyethylene containers are resistant against chemicals (resistance list as a PDF file).
• They are food-compatible.
• They are suitable for setup inside and outside.
• They are stable from -40°C to +60°C.
• Both production and disposal are environmentally compatible.

At our workshop, containers are equipped according to our customers' requirements.
